We will work together to understand what is happening beneath the surface, identify patterns that may no longer be serving you, and develop practical tools you can use outside of therapy.

Depending on your needs, treatment may draw from:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Trauma-informed psychotherapy

DBT-informed coping and emotional-regulation skills

Strengths-based and solution-focused therapy

Acceptance and mindfulness-based strategies

Culturally responsive and LGBTQIA+-affirming care

I do not believe therapy should be about “fixing” who you are. It should help you understand yourself more clearly, respond to life with greater intention, and build a life that feels more grounded, connected, and authentic.

Why I founded BRIDGE

BRIDGE stands for:

Building Resilience · Inclusion · Dignity · Growth · Empowerment

I founded BRIDGE to create a practice where healing is connected to dignity, justice, compassion, and meaningful human connection.

Many people enter therapy after spending years surviving, caregiving, masking their pain, or trying to meet everyone else’s expectations. BRIDGE exists to offer a different experience—one where you are supported in reconnecting with yourself and moving forward without abandoning the parts of you that helped you survive.

What you can expect

In our work together, you can expect:

A warm and nonjudgmental environment

Honest and respectful conversation

Practical coping and communication tools

Space to explore difficult experiences at a manageable pace

Care that respects your identity, relationships, culture, and values

A therapist who will support you while also helping you challenge patterns that keep you stuck

Therapy is not always easy, but you should not have to do the work alone.

Professional background

Dan Beasley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Kentucky and the owner and founder of BRIDGE Counseling & Consulting Services of Kentucky LLC.

He provides individual psychotherapy through secure telehealth to adults located throughout Kentucky. His professional experience includes trauma-informed behavioral-health care, community-based services, crisis support, justice-oriented practice, and work with individuals experiencing complex social, emotional, and systemic challenges.

Ready to begin?

You do not need to have the right words or a complete plan before reaching out.

Schedule an appointment or request a free 15-minute consultation to explore whether working together may be a good fit.

[Request an Appointment]

[Schedule a Free 15-Minute Consultation]

Therapy rooted in compassion, dignity, and real connection I’m Dan Beasley, MSW, LCSW, founder of BRIDGE Counseling & Consulting Services of Kentucky.
